Processing Time

Bundles:

  • 3–5 business days during regular business periods

  • 7–10 business days during holidays or peak seasons

Wigs:

  • 5–7 business days during regular business periods

  • 10–15 business days during holidays or peak seasons

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and fulfilled. Delivery estimates vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s schedule.

Important Notes

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Processing time does not include shipping/delivery time.

  • Custom and handmade items, such as wigs, may require additional time, especially during high-volume periods.
