At DesiredCollectionsHair, we take pride in providing our customers with premium-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our merchandise and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.



No Returns or Refunds



We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there was an error on our part. This includes:


  • Wrong item shipped (length, texture, or origin)
  • Order discrepancy caused by our team



If such an error occurs, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at Info@desiredcollectionshair.com

The item must be:


  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Received by us within 7 business days of the return approval



Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.



Important Notes:



  • We will not accept returns on hair that has been brushed, combed, colored, cut, or styled
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or postal services
